Dark Village

There is wonderful village with nourished fertile land with a tasteful clean river. The countryside is located nearby to the forest accommodated with the giant huge mountains. Typically a great place for people to live. Yet there are some issues too. Since the world is full of issues, neither everyone is happy with this world nor worried about the world. People used to live their own life.

 This village also has the same kind of people just as everyone among the world they all have their own issues but the whole village suffers from a single issue, that is the wolves; the terrific monstrous wolves often attack the village during night but it was long ago since the protection of the village was upgraded with the struggle of great hero who killed nearly ten wolves along with the leader of the pack all alone that’s why he became legend; the people in the village built a big statue as the identity of the heroic battle of that person. The heroic battle of the hero became worldwide, but no one know him so they sentenced him as “monstrous hero who fought terrific monsters on his own for the people” and this is the message that is being carved in the statue too.

This village got a name after the legend as “fortress village” because after the fight of the hero no wolves showed up in the village again not even for many years. People lived in peace and happily, then after the death of the mayor who is the leader of the village, the people’s happiness began to lay down slowly, ignorance, non-responsibility entered the village with the new mayor who is the son of richest man in that village. People call him ‘Lord Biran’ and ‘lord fatso on his behind’ from the day he became the village head. Many things started changing, most of the old people who can’t work as per his schedule were mercilessly killed. Young fella were given too much work either even women struggled, but he isn’t that bad guy whoever follows him will get the royal response. So people in that village started following him blindfold. Biran is inspired of the hero from his childhood too as all people in the village.

So other than the hero’s Statue Biran destroyed every legends identity including the former mayor. People hated him so much, but they have no choice other than praising him and being under him as slaves indirectly. In that village had a young boy named Jelianth, he is the naughtiest boy in that village who likes to disturb people especially old people but not hurting them though. He had a crew under his leadership which includes 3 boys and 2 girls namely Zeff, Dustin, Miles and Jena, Phila. They call Jelianth as J, except Phila who call him as Lian (Whole village call him as J) this crew have a name called ‘Legacy guys’ Jena and miles were the brilliant guys in this crew so they didn’t named the group. That may explain why this group got a this name with no wonderful sense; they had a motto that is “Have fun however you want without making others cry but can make others angry”. No one in the village question against them or complaint them because Phila is the daughter of Fatso mayor and Biran loves her so much.

Days passed by these kids grown into adults they are still the naughty as same as ever. In that village there is only one old man whom these kids haven’t disturbed and that is the friend of former mayor who stays near the former mayor’s funeral. There are rumours all around that the old man is a haunted person because the former mayor died when he finally went to visit the old mayor. Because of this rumour, The village had another name and it is ‘Dark village’. So no one is allowed to go to the funeral or near his hut if anyone see him unknowingly they will be haunted for the rest of the life. But they used give him food daily (Each person [alternatively one person per day] of the village brings the food which they cook and have to keep it near the funeral then they have to return home without looking at the old man or his hut) . Even outside people didn’t come to the village because of this rumour. This is how things went so far.

One day J is interested in that old man, which is the day his crew got disbanded because J went to the funeral and looked through the window. After that he never came out of the home for a whole week. His friends stopped talking to him except Jena and miles whom were his close childhood friends and neighbors, they come to his home daily but he never answered them. All he do is eat the food they keep in front of the door. Then after 2 weeks he came out and started helping his father with his work and he totally stopped being naughty. No one asked him anything, many scared that he may be haunted by the old man so everyone kept some distance from him even his parents. Days passed by, J became normal somehow and everyone started liking him. One day one of the villager saw the old man coming from the forest at mid night, he was scared and told everyone it to everyone, from that day everything around the old man is suspicious to the people so they stopped giving food to the old man and one month from that day, People started hearing wolves howling near to the village, then one night the wolves attacked the village. The mayor safeguarded him and his family which made most of the soldiers to stay by his side leaving the people to be hunted. Everyone started running and screaming here and there. Dustin and Zeff helped the people whomever suffering and phila is with her father Miles, J and Jena stood infront of the leader of the wolves, Three members vs. the pack of 5 wolves with a monstrous wolf  leading them ( the leader of the pack is 7 feet height with almost 500 kg weight having big 7 inches of fangs) J and miles distracted the whole pack with fire wood which made jane to rescue all people. Dustin, Jeff and some more youngsters came with firewood and supported J, They somehow rescued everyone.

The whole village were sent inside the biggest wall of mayor’s office. J decided to fight whereas Jeff thinks it’s a dumb thing to do.

J : Im going to Kill these dogs, anyone with me?

Jeff :  No way! My  bones wouldn’t taste that good. These dogs may get stomach upset so it’s the best to retreat.

Jane :  See you in mayor’s office guys

*She ran away at the instant following her Jeff ran too*

J: Ugh! Those scaredy cats….. How about you fella? ( J turned and looked behind all he saw is Dustin and Miles rest of all other youngsters ran away….. Good thing they set fire infront of them which stopped the wolves movements for sometimes)

Miles : Are you surely wanted to fight J?

J: I am Damn sure….. People still thinks that I’m haunted and I’m going to prove them that I’m not haunted by a stupid old man.

Dustin : I don’t need any reason…. I love hunting! Hehe!

(Atonce J ran behind as fast as possible)

Miles: Did I saw J running away after giving such courgeous speech dustin ?

Dustin :  I think so!!

*both had shocking lame smile expression the fire got blown away on one side and the wolves started attacking Miles and Dustin tried to beat the wolves with the fire wood in their hands*

Miles: Dustin promise me one thing before we die we are killing J for sure?

Dustin : I promise you I will never let him survive

Miles and Dustin : YOU TRAITORRRRR!!!!

(They started to join together and somehow killed two wolves with the rage for revenge and the leader showed up Miles became unable to move since the leader of the wolves ripped his leg and at once J returned with two spears in his hand

Dustin: If you haven’t showed up … I would have killed you stupid.

J:  Sorry for the delay… I went to take these stuff here use it dustin (he threw a spear to Dustin and used another one. The spear has a long sharp knife on both top and bottom which is double edged and on the top of the spear it had a hammer and an axe which is opposite to each other … Using this Dustin killed rest of the three wolves and J killed the leader of the pack)

After three hours of struggle everything came to an end J got some little damages and Dustin got heavily injured though he is martial artist he couldn’t dodge all the attack of the pack.

Suddenly a wolf got up and ran away into the forest. J went behind it for killing it. Whereas the people came to the battle zone and started treating all hurt peoples injury. All People thanked Dustin and Miles. Miles told every people in the village how Dustin and J fought. Everyone know Dustin is a good fighter since he is a martial artist but what shocked everyone is J who is good at nothing other than disturbing fought the leader and killed him with efficient spear work,

Jane : When did J learn to use a spear?

*Lord Fatso enters into the place with his daughter Phila*  

Biran : Well.. well…. Im the one who taught J those spear work and I did it secretly even my daughter doesn’t know it. I knew that the wolves will come that’s why I trained J all by myself, so where is J?

All people looked around each other

Dustin:  He didn’t returned yet! (All went to silence)

Miles:  He is not dead, don’t you guys have think bad idiots just be calm and Lord Biran how did you know that wolves will attack us? And From when you are training J. *asked with doubtful face*

Biran: W…..we….welll…. I spyed the old man as we heared it is true that the old man is going to the forest during midnight often. He may be the one who summoned those wolves …. He is really a threat to this village!

People started shouting “Let us kill him…. Kill him …. Kill Him”. As people wished it Biran ordered the security to burn the old man with his hut and they burnt the old man along with his hut. Everyone in the village felt safe after they confirmed that the old man dead.

The village became as a festival zone everyone began the celebration on the next day. The four friends were waiting for J. J haven’t showed up till noon. Then at evening came to that village. He went to the mayor and told him that “I’m Gihan jo.I’m from the North I travel the world and tells story to people and I heard that there is a hero in this village so I came to visit him and learn about him While telling this the Stranger pointed the Statue”

Biran : Well We gladly welcome you Mr. Gihan but the Hero is dead long ago.

Biran told the whole story about the hero and about J and about his training of J into hero. That night while everyone is sharing the stories with Gihan, J Showed up with blood shed on his left arm and having the wolf’s skin on his right arm.

J: GUYS I KILLED IT …. WE ARE SAFE NOW!

J’s friends hugged him and told him about the Gihan.

J: Why are you guys celebrating?

Jeff: You don’t know…. We are definitely safe. Since the haunting old who haunted you is dead

J: He is dead? How?

Jena : Fatso burned him along with his house since he summouned the wolves and Fatso told us the truth that he trained you.

J: WHAAT! WHERE THE HELL IS FATSO?

Miles : He is with Gihan in his office

J : I will be back

Dustin :  Why is he angry?

Miles: Maybe fatso lied to us

Phila: My dad lied about what?

Miles: perhaps it’s about the training! Do you guys really believed that Fatso trained J? Imagining it is Hilarious ... ahahhahaha!!!

Phila: SHUT UP!!

Miles: Sorry!

Dustin :  Lets go and find it ourselves

J went into the mayor’s office and took the fatso by grabbing his collar and started punching his face randomly… Gihan and securities tried to stop him, J beat them and chased towards the mayor who hid behind Phila at once Miles and Dustin stopped J. Every villagers assembled in Mayor’s Office. J sat down and started crying ……

Miles: J What happened?

J: Why did you guys kill the old man? Why did you guys kill my Master? Who the heck are you to kill him? No one in this village has the right to talk ill about him and you FATSO burnt him …… IM GONNA KILL YOU AND ALL OF YOU….

Phila slaps J, He is my father don’t you dare to touch him, said her.

Gihan: J tell me what happened?

J calms down a bit and started speaking ….

“ He is not the haunted old man, and no one summoned the wolves, the wolves are attacking our village daily but no one knows it because the one who save us all the time was the hero of the legend whom is being called as the haunted old man by you wicked people. The day I went to the old man’s hut I saw the big scar on his chest which is in the statue then I followed him to the forest at midnight, there……… follow me”

Gihan: What is there? Is he the real hero?

(Everyone in the village were shocked they all began to feel guilty the celebration destroyed and everyone began to follow J then they all came to the forest there no one believed their eyes there is a cave which has n number of dead wolves with two spears and many hunting weapons along with dangerous traps all around the cave)

J: The hero built these and he kills every wolves daily despite of his weakness. The former mayor took care of him and he died because someone killed the former mayor to become the mayor of the village. Then as I came to know the truth the old man asked me not to tell anyone and he trained me after I requested him so much. Not by this Greed fatso. The old man never hated any person in the village though you guys criticize him. But you killed him telling that he is a haunted person.

(Everyone began crying and started beating the mayor. Gihan somehow stopped everyone and saved the mayor with the help of Phila…WE ARE SORRY OLD MAN Cried everyone looking at the sky)

‘Sorry for what’…… came a sound from inside the cave… Everyone looked at the cave with frightening, A man came out with a stick of fire on his hand.

J : Old man, You are alive (Hugged him)

Old man :  Stop the hell you irritating kidd! Get off me already. Why are you guys crying anyway? (J told everything about wolf attack and bruning of Old man and etc..)

Oldman :  WHAAAAAAT? You burnt my sweet little home …. NOOOO? And J, crying doesn’t suits you to be honest my belly is filling with laughter so wipe your tears soon (Old man Laughed hilariously). And I was about to lock the door which I built on the other side of the cave to stop wolves coming into the village I missed some wolves inside it seems... Thank goodness all you guys are alive and Im sad J didn’t die ….

J: HUH? Why is that? U wanna fight old man…!

Oldman: U really sucks in spear that’s why!

J: Don’t underestimate the new hero!

*Oldman ignored J and walked towards the village…..*

J:  Don’t ignore me either !

(Everyone began to laugh and all the sadness converted to celebration again but this time its a true delighted celebration)

After 3 days Phila became the mayor of the village and people started living happily everyone in the village started to gave more respect to the old people and the Mayor fatso begun his dieting with the old man. J became the new hero!!

THIS IS WHAT THE GIHAN’S STORY TELLING ABOUT THE FORTESS VILLAGE CAME TO AN END.

A kid : Gihan, The story is amazing, but what the name of that old man?
Gihan: Well, Thats a good question kid, if i asked this question when i was in that village i would have got the answer... Sorry 
A kid: So you are just a dumb ! tch..
